Try out & Component Production
Intricate Press Tools, Moulds, Die Casting Dies, Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges produced
in the production centre are duely tested for conformance of the product design.
The try out of Press Tools / Injection Moulds is being carried out on
- Hydraulic Press - 63 T. (DUNKES)
- Injection Moulding:
- 100 Ton (Toshiba)
- 350 Ton (Toshiba)
- 650 Ton (L&T)
The tools & dies for which trails cannot be conducted with above machines are tried
out for conformance at customers end. IGTR also undertakes batch production of sheet
metal / plastic components on above machines as per customers requirement.
